Ask something elseThere is no single published MOQ. Stock SKUs quote lower per piece than a private-label run, and the MOQ moves with the material and the packing you choose. Send the SKUs and an estimated quantity and it comes back in writing, per line.
Yes. Samples ship from stock in 3–7 days and are charged at the unit price; the buyer covers the courier. We photograph the pieces before they leave, so what arrives is what was agreed.
By diameter in millimetres, measured across the widest point. Spheres are graded by surface and by colour depth: the premium grades carry no visible pits and a full mirror reflection. Tolerances are quoted per size band.
The wooden stands (CS-E01, CS-E02) take a laser engraving on the base or the rim. Spheres and points can also be engraved on a flat facet. Packaging — box print, insert card, carton marks — is quoted separately, so you can see what the branding costs.
Amethyst, citrine, rose quartz, fluorite and obsidian are natural stone, so colour and banding vary between pieces and between batches. CS-C05 is the exception: it is clear quartz with a bonded titanium coating, a surface treatment rather than a natural colour. We label it that way and recommend you do too.
Yes. Mixed cartons across SKUs and materials are normal for this range, and assortments are fixed at packing. Tell us the split you want and it is confirmed in writing before production.
We export through Shanghai. Courier for samples and small runs, sea freight for cartons. Terms are agreed on the quotation — we do not publish an Incoterm as a default.
Cutting to a diameter or height band is routine. New shapes need a sample run first, which is quoted separately and takes longer. Engraved text or a logo can be proofed on a single piece before the run starts.
